Winters Art Community and Attractions

Many artists (from the quirky cartoonist, such as R. Crumb, to the widely-recognized and distributed, such as Penmakers) have long called Winters home and have found it to be the best-kept secret in Northern California. With the addition in recent years of art galleries and artist working studios, the art
community of Winters has become more public and an increasing number of people are discovering this developing artist community.

Regular art events include the Annual Harvest Festival and the Art Seen, hosted by Briggs & Co. Winters is now home to many artists working in a broad range of medium including mosaic, glass, wood, metal, pottery, other ceramic art, photography, painting, hand-made jewelry, and furniture.
